2 medium sized cucumbers
2-3 green peppers
2 Bell peppers
200g beef boiled
1 head spring onions

Preparation :
Stir fry turmeric, garlic and onions to bring out the flavour.
Add beef and the peppers to cook for a minute or two. Add the beef stock (water) and bring to a boil. Finally combine the diced cucumbers lastly to prevent it getting soggy.
Serve with white rice, bread or as a side dish.
